Steve Burley

With 30 years of experience across the Insurance and Financial Services industry, I have developed extensive expertise in building and leading successful businesses. Having previously owned and managed a Top 75 independent insurance brokerage, I co-founded Eximia Broking to address a gap in the market created by industry consolidation and to deliver a more personal, client-focused approach.

While my primary focus is leading our Wealth Management business, BFS Wealth & Protection, I also provide operational, strategic, and business planning support to my colleagues across Eximia, helping to drive the continued growth and success of the wider business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dogs, and following my passion for cars particularly historic and modern car rallies.
