Michelle Bamford

I began my career in 1988 working within an accounting practice, where I gained valuable experience and completed my professional qualifications. I then moved into industry, and in 2006 joined a large independent broker as Finance Director. After many successful years, I left the business three years ago to take on a new challenge with a global insurance broker, where I worked as Head of CMA.

In 2025, I joined Eximia Broking, where it has been a pleasure to reconnect with several former colleagues.

Working at Eximia is extremely rewarding—we have a strong, collaborative team and a great working environment. I’m very much looking forward to the exciting opportunities ahead as the business continues to grow.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming to keep fit, socialising with friends, and attending gigs and festivals. Most of all, I love travelling and going on holiday.
