In my role at Eximia Broking, I manage the end-to-end claims process, ensuring fair, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes. One of the highlights of my insurance career was the opportunity to visit the iconic Lloyd’s of London in 2022, an inspiring experience that reinforced my passion for the industry.
